Mediumship services are offered as spiritual support. Planet Ellen experiences are invitations to explore your imagination and creativity. By booking any service, you are acknowledging that I am not a legal, financial, mental health or medical professional. The insights and guidance provided during a mediumship session or class are subject to interpretation and should not be taken as absolute or infallible. Any decisions you make based on those interpretations are solely your responsibility and choice. Information found on this website or any services provided by me should not be substituted for services from a qualified professional. You must be at least 18 years of age or accompanied by an adult to use this website or receive any services.

Clients for mediumship sessions and participants in groups are fully responsible for any action or inaction taken as a result of a session or group meeting.

By participating in a session or group, you agree to take full responsibility for your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

As a nuanced craft, there are times when conditions make it difficult for a medium to make a solid connection. In one-on-one readings, I allow 10 minutes to make the connection. Within that time frame, if anything feels "off", either party can call off the reading for a full refund.

Group Agreements
Creating a Safe Container
Planet Ellen experiences allow participants to express and explore their unique imaginal realms while playing creatively and sharing with each other. In signing up for any of these experiences, you agree to the following:

Confidentiality. Groups will not be recorded.

Advice-free zone - Each person brings their unique life experiences and creativity to the party. Each individual explores their own path in their own way.

Judgment-free zone - Respect with curiosity the experiences others share.

Avoid Debates - Allow expressions of different world views and belief systems without feeling compelled to counter or respond;

Strive to speak only from personal experience, avoiding generalizations about others and reference to "us" or what "we" do, think or believe.

Bring your sense of fun and playfulness and avoid comparisons.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel one on one mediumship sessions up to 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. You can either receive a refund minus 10% for processing fees or reschedule if there is availability within the next 30 days. Please contact me to discuss options. If you are unable to keep your appointment or to reschedule, you may pass your session link to a friend or family member who can benefit from a reading.
Payments for Planet Ellen group sessions are final. I keep the sessions small and costs low to make these experiences both intimate and accessible. Please be certain you can attend at the time and on the date you have chosen before booking the class.
